1 Colour Print
Most products offer a 1 Solid Colour Print option, which is usually the most cost-effective choice. This method uses a single ink colour with no shading, gradients, or half tones in the design. If your logo has complex colours or gradients, we recommend exploring products with Full Colour Print options, though these are not available on all products.
2 Colour Print
The 2 Colour Print option uses two solid ink colours to decorate your product. This method works well for logos with simple designs that require an extra colour without any gradients or shading.
3 Colour Print
For logos with more complexity, the 3 Colour Print option allows for three solid colours. Like the 1 and 2 Colour Print options, this method doesn’t support shading or gradients but adds more flexibility.
4 Colour Print
The 4 Colour Print option provides the most flexibility for solid colour designs, using up to four distinct colours. Sometimes a Full Colour Print option will be cheaper, so don't forget to check if it's available!
Full Colour Print
Full Colour Print allows for unlimited colours, shades, and gradients, making it ideal for logos with a wide range of colours and can even print high quality images/photos. This method uses advanced techniques like Direct Digital Printing, CMYK Printing, and Full Colour Transfer Printing to produce vibrant, high-quality prints. It works well on flat or slightly curved surfaces and is especially popular as the technology becomes more affordable.
1 Colour Rotary
Ideal for printing on curved surfaces like bottles, cups, and glassware. This method allows for a single ink colour and works best for simple designs. Not all products support this larger rotary print area, but where available, we recommend it over a standard 1 Colour Print for better coverage. Look for "Rotary" in the decoration options, or contact us if it's not listed, and we'll help find products that offer this method.
Full Colour Rotary
Ideal for multi-colour designs or images, Full Colour Rotary Print delivers vibrant, high-quality results on curved surfaces like bottles, cups, and glassware. It offers a larger print area for a more impressive finish compared to standard Full Colour Print. If "Rotary" isn't listed in the decoration options for your product, feel free to contact us, and we’ll help you find items that support this advanced printing method.
Full Colour Label
Some products can't be printed directly, so a digital adhesive label is offered as a cost-effective alternative, especially for low-cost items like confectionery or gift packaging. These labels are typically printed in bulk, peeled, and hand-applied by our factory team. Slight movement during application is possible and considered acceptable for budget-friendly decoration options. Digital adhesive labels are ideal for branding products that can't accommodate other methods and are printed using a digital printing press before being applied to the product.
Embroidery
Embroidery is a premium branding option ideal for bags, clothing, caps, and other textiles. Using rayon thread, it creates a durable, slightly raised design that adds a high-quality, professional look. While it's perfect for bold, simple logos, small details don’t translate well with this method. Though newer techniques are emerging, embroidery remains a popular choice for its lasting value and unique texture.
Laser Engraving
A permanent decoration process that uses laser technology to etch your design into metal, wood, or leather products. It's a popular choice for frequently used items like pens and keyrings, as it prevents chipping or fading over time. Since different materials create unique finishes and colour variations, please reach out if these details are important for your campaign.
Debossing
Only available on select range of products, to produce a striking, textured effect. Blind debossing or embossing is a high-end decoration method where a heated custom metal plate is pressed onto the product, leaving an impression of your logo. This technique creates a classy, two-tone finish without the use of ink or print. The result? A long-lasting, elegant look for your promotional products.
Full Colour Patch
A premium branding option available on select products like caps, backpacks, and cooler bags. It features your logo in high detail, full colour printed on a textured faux leather patch from a range of colours shown below. Alternatively, starting with a clean white polyester patch, your design can be dyed onto a custom-shaped patch, then finished with an embroidered edge to attach it securely to your product. Both patch methods provide a high-end retail vibe at the same price point. Perfect for products where fine details may not suit traditional embroidery.
Suede Patch
Choose from a range of suede patch colours below that can be custom cut and laser etched to burn your logo into the patch. The design is then embroidered with a matching stitch colour for a polished finish. Perfect for achieving a retail-style look on apparel and caps, this modern branding option is a must-have for high-quality, stylish giveaways.
Imitation Etch
Imitation etch uses a special ink to create an etched appearance on glass products through pad or screen printing. This technique mimics the look of traditional etching, offering a sophisticated finish without the need for actual etching. Often a lower cost option in comparison to Laser Engraving, this is not dishwasher safe and may scratch off or fade over time.
