Yes, samples are available for most products. Requesting a sample ensures the product meets your expectations before committing to a bulk order and it's something we recommend if you aren't sure. You will find a button on each product page that will allow you to request a sample.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Most products do have a minimum order quantity, which varies depending on the item. This information is listed on the product page when you are building your quote. If you need less, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

What quantity of promotional products should I order?
This depends on the size of your event or campaign and your budget. Most events and tradeshows will be able to give you an estimate of how many patrons are attending. Approximately 70% of people attending expect free items when going to events like this, so keep this in mind when ordering!

What are the lead times for ordering promotional products?

If your artwork isn’t suitable for printing, we’ll work with you to make adjustments and ensure it’s ready for production. Any issues, we will always let you know!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and bank transfers. We recommend ordering online or paying for your order via credit card against your invoice to avoid production scheduling delays.

Do you require a deposit?
A deposit may be required for large orders or first-time customers.

Can I set up an account?
All orders are to be paid in advance before we can hold stock and schedule your order for production. If you spend over $15,000 excl. tax and you order more than three times a year, you may be eligible for a 7-day credit account.

Delivery times vary depending on where your products are being warehoused and your delivery location. Typically, orders are delivered within 7-10 business days after artwork approval and payment is received. If you have a deadline, let us know.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery across Australia and in some cases can even deliver to New Zealand.
