Change of Mind

Due to the custom nature of our promotional products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to request a sample before placing a bulk order to ensure the product meets your expectations.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

Artwork Approval

Once you approve the artwork proof, production will commence. If you have concerns about the final product, please contact us promptly. While we aim to address any issues, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that were approved during the proofing stage.
